The 11th annual “Is Your Heart Set on a Vette” Corvette Raffle is now underway. Sponsored by The Bellevue Hospital Foundation, in cooperation with Steinle Chevrolet-Buick in Clyde, the raffle features a grand prize of $100,000 cash OR a new Chevrolet Stingray Corvette Coupe plus $40,000. The grand prize drawing will be held on Feb. 12, 2021, at the Clyde Steinle location on U.S. 20 West.
Four years ago, the hospital honored the year they opened their doors and sold 1,917 tickets. This year the hospital is honoring the present day and will sell 2,021 tickets.
Tickets, priced at $100 each, are now on sale to the general public at www.VetteRaffle.com; the Clyde and Fremont Steinle locations; the Bellevue Beverage Center on Kilbourne Street; and at The Bellevue Hospital Gift Shop. Winners need not be present to win and all Early Bird winners are returned to the drum and have a chance to win again.
The "Loyalty Club" drawing was held on Oct. 1, and Larry Hannan of Fort Pierce, Florida was the Loyalty Club winner of $1,917. The Loyalty Club drawing was for previous ticket holders who purchased a ticket for the current raffle during the month of September. Video of the drawing may be seen below.
Three other Early Bird drawings are set for Nov. 16 ($1,000), Dec. 14 ($750), and Jan. 14 ($500). The first ticket drawn in the raffle on Feb. 12, 2021 will be for the Grand Prize. Four other cash drawings include $2,021 for second place, $1,917 for third place, $1,500 for fourth place, and $1,000 for fifth place.
As of October 1, only 375 tickets remain to be sold, out of the 2,021 tickets available for the raffle.
